Panettone is the main anchor to our collections.

"Panettone has long and storied history, it is synonymous with my childhood in Milan". The name is derived from "pan del ton"and is considered a holiday luxury bread, though it has become more available year round in many countries. the manner in which we are making panettone for LESS is to explore possibilities using the ingredients primarily in our region. The flour, the egg, and seasonal candied fruit (which we make in house). Most importantly, panettone is a light and airy sweet bread with a long yeast fermentation that dose not require refrigeration. it will become all the more enjoyable eaten at room temperature delighting all the sense.
